1.1 “Services” means naturopathy consultations, treatment plans, advice, and related services provided by Grounded Origins via telehealth or email.
1.2 “Products” means supplements, herbs, or other physical goods recommended by us but supplied by independent third-party companies.

2. Licence to Use Our Website and Services

2.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Website and Services in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time without prior notice.
2.3 The Website and Services may not be available continuously and may experience downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

3. Our Services

3.1 Grounded Origins provides online naturopathy consultations and personalised treatment plans via telehealth or email.
3.2 Our advice is based on the information you provide and is intended to support your health and wellbeing; it is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation

4.1 Bookings must be made via our Website or authorised booking platforms.
4.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4.4 Cancellation Policy:
 a. Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
 b. Cancellations less than 24 hours before may incur up to 100% cancellation fee.
 c. No-shows will be charged the full fee.
4.5 Refunds:

     a. Due to the nature of our Services, refunds are not provided once Services are delivered, except 

     in exceptional cases at our discretion.

 b. Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as serious 

     illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen events. Appropriate documentation may be requested.
 c. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Product Information, Allergies, and Reactions

5.1 You are responsible for reading product ingredient lists and directions before purchase or use.
5.2 Products may contain allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) or be contraindicated in certain conditions including pregnancy.
5.3 Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before or during consultations.
5.4 If you experience any allergic or adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
5.5 Grounded Origins accepts no liability for allergic or adverse reactions to Products you purchase or use. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on such reactions.

6.2 You are responsible for your health decisions and must seek advice from registered medical professionals where appropriate.
6.3 Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
